Italian Mantle Clock by Brevettato. Stunning clock with young Satyrs that have a bronze appearance. Marble and brass adorn the item. Clock also has 'Rooster' heads with "feathers" near top. Paw/claw style feet. Another Gorgeous Italian Baroque item! Approx 24"H x 14"W, heavy item as well that's marked underneath - inside base. "Made in Italy" stamp, as well as marked with the Brevettato logo. There's a coin size stamp that mentions the German movement that used to be in the clock. Prior owner changed the mechanics to quartz. There's an extra quartz movement included inside clock back. (ticking heard at testing) The clock is keeping time, ticking heard on installed movement as well. Clock now runs on a AA battery. The hands of clock are a little loose from travel. There is personalization underneath clock. Though we believe this to be real, it has not been authenticated. Mantle Clock is Absolutely Gorgeous!!
