Beautiful brass and beveled glass 8 day mantle clock. Made by Schmid-Schlenker Jr. - Germany. This beauty is running at time of listing. Pendulum swings, and a soft dainty chime is heard on the half hour and hour (chime heard for each hour) It's a light sounding chime that won't disturb your day. Clock has a small "AT&T" plaque inside below pendulum. Most likely a retirement or milestone present within the telephone company. (Pretty nice present) Back states "4 Jewels" - One winding operation, moved smoothly during listing. Clock is clean inside and shows well, minus a little tarnishing to the brass. This heavy clock is an heirloom treasure! Approx 10"H x 6"W x 3.5"D. Not fully tested for accuracy, but seems to be keeping good time. ~ Az
