All gray painted three sided metal cart on large wheels. Open on one side and with interior brackets to add rack or rods (not included.) There is a top handle on one side and looks like there was originally one on the other side that is no longer there. Large enough to hold a substantial amount and small enough to move with ease. The bottom surface has rust but is still sturdy. It does have wear and scuffing from use and measures 42"H (49.5"H to the top of the handle) x 48.5"W x 26"D. Even comes with removable UGA and Auburn University magnetic signs. KS
