Wood handles that extend all the way to the base, green painted metal frame and solid hard wheels. Marked "Fairbanks 9215-S" on the side of each handle along with the patent number. "Foot" extensions on the back of the handles so it can lay flat if needed. Still has some of the original green paint on the metal. Repair to one of the handles. Otherwise it is in good vintage used condition with expected wear and some surface rust. Measures 45.75"H x 20"W x 11.5"D. KS
