This double handled jug marks the 3rd annual Turning & Burning on 10/7/1995. It measures 9" tall and has an overall dark brown glaze. It is marked on the base "Grace Nell Hewell #34 8-22-1995" and on the front "Hewell's Pottery Est Before the War Between the States Oct. 7, 1995 3rd Annual Turning + Burning" with the 2 L's in Hewell's crossed like they are two T's instead. It is in good condition without damage. KS
