#110 • Unique Hand Blown Cobalt Blue Footed Vase

Part of Blue Gallery Auction (timed auction by K and B Auction)

High bid $37.00

Status: Sold

This hand blown footed vase has a wonderful mid century modern look and feel. You can see the was a slight wobble to the glass as it was slung. (This doesn't take away from the beauty of the vase, but actually adds to the beauty, and isn't usually accidental. The wobble on the vase was pronounced enough, it needed a large foot to keep it balanced). No chips or cracks in the glass, but there are bubbles that you can see and feel. This is a wonderful piece with a great vintage look! 17½" tall x 9½" top diameter with a 3¾" top opening and a 6" diameter foot. jrb.
