It looks like the circular part is added - interchangeable to make rings with different professions - and is not independently marked 14K. The filigree is part of the band. It weighs 2.68 grams - band and hairdresser's circle. Items marked with gold karat are not tested and gold content/purity not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in the listing..
