FIREARMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. All firearms made after 1897 or for which modern commercially made ammunition is readily available must be transferred by a federal firearms licensed dealer (FFL). Buyers are responsible for knowing all firearms laws pertaining to their state. No refunds will be given if we are unable to complete a transfer to the buyers state. 2. Bidder is responsible for knowing firearms laws pertaining to their state of residence. No refunds will be given if buyer purchases a firearm that is not eligible for transfer to their state of residence. 3. K and B will serve as transfer dealer. ALL transfers will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and take place at the Mountain City location at 97 Golden Hills Dr., Mountain City, GA 30562. 4. All firearms purchased by out of state buyers must be transferred to an FFL in their state of residence, which is the state your driver's license is issued from. . Out of state buyers must arrange with an FFL dealer in their home state to transfer the firearm under the laws of that state. The out of state dealer must send a signed copy of their FFL to K and B Auction for the firearm to be shipped to that dealer for transfer. Transfers can only be made to buyers with a Georgia Photo ID. SHIPPING costs to out of state buyers will be paid by the buyer. Shipping cost will include packing, shipping and insurance. 6. We do not do international firearms sales. 7.
