This unique, hand-made pendant features a whistle in its handle, with twisted shaft and a rotating rattle ball with pierced accents, on top! Hanging on a rope chain. rattle is 3" long and is marked T97. Research indicates it is likely made of silver (unmarked and untested) and made in India. This piece has so much character and life, you can feel the little hands that this piece has occupied!
