Very interesting look to this 1930's steel Specialty Tool Mfrs. Inc of Belleville, ILL Model F The Improved Handy Asbestos Shingle Cutter with Patent numbers of 1814151 & 1881896 - dating to 1931 & 1932. The feet can be bolted down. It has surface rust from use but is in good vintage used condition and measures 16"H x 30.5"W x 7"D (at the feet.) KS
