Each features an embossed stamp of the CSA! Act of Feb. 17th, 1864 $1000 One-Thousand Dollar Confederate States of America CSA -Richmond, Virginia Bond with (59) Uncut $30 Coupons. Printed by Evans & Cogswell Columbia, SC. Signed by E. Apperson. Each coupon is signed by Robert Tyler. (one is cut from the bottom right). Nice Graphics including an Equestrian Figure of Washington. Large and Impressive at 36"T x 24"W. One frame has broken "glass" and both show some creasing from previous storage. BP
