#73 • Exquisite Wucai Porcelain Woman Figurine

Part of Gray Gallery Mid Century Mania Auction (timed auction by K and B Auction)

High bid $81.00

Status: Sold

12"T Chinese wucai style lady wearing Manchu 'liangbatou' headdress. Very detailed with delicate features down to the dainty butterfly sitting on her hand; even her fingernails are painted. She has marking on the bottom (unknown). The only issues are the tiny wires that run from the headdress to the tassels are broken and there is a small chip on the bottom front edge. Gorgeous piece in overall very good condition. cf
