#75 • Heubach Bisque Piano Boy & Girl Spill Vases

Part of Gray Gallery Mid Century Mania Auction (timed auction by K and B Auction)

High bid $21.00

Status: Sold

These are older porcelain bisque figures. Victorian era Boy Girl twins that are very much in the Heubach Piano baby style. They are tall with basket "vases" approx 15"H. They have red markings "II" and "21." underneath. The boy has been repaired, or he developed a crack and it was touched up. The girl has extra coloring around her neck, though doesn't seem to be repaired. Typical of these Victorian era spill vases, the flowers on the front have baskets have missing bisque. They are hand painted, gold gild still visible in areas. Pretty twins that we haven't been able to find another pair like them! ~Az
