Comes with COA and original paperwork, serial no. 8512. Center relief sculpture - John Adams - is gold electroplated while the wording on the rim is etched and gold inlaid. Medallion engraved on back with edition information. Plate in great pre-owned condition; papers have been crinkled/have moisture stains. cf
