#63 • Roy Gfeller Leather Geological Science Field Case
Part of B&B Mercantile Business Liquidation (timed auction by K and B Auction)
High bid $49.00
Status: Sold
Circa 1950's leather geological field case made by Roy Gfeller in Boise, ID - the gold standard for geologists and surveyors. It has loops in the back to place on a belt - one needs to be reattached at the top. There is a main compartment and slots for 4 pens or pencils. Buckle closure flap with the Gfellman mark. The leather needs refreshing - leather wipes or saddle soap - and there is wear and light scuffing from use but is a very well made piece. Measures 10 3/8"H x 7.5"W x 1.75"D. KS
