#99 • Interesting Antique Crate with Drawers

Part of B&B Mercantile Business Liquidation (timed auction by K and B Auction)

High bid $30.00

Status: Sold

Crate or frame with three hand dovetailed drawers that have wood knobs (one is missing). Top drawer has a lock (no key) but the lock receptacle is missing. The two bottom drawers need some wax on the rails as they do not slide easily. Interestingly, a large brass hook has been added some time ago to the top. It still has the original red finish but much is worn or worn off. Lots of character to this piece. Measures 27.5"H x 23 5/8"W x 17.25"D. KS
