Beautiful grandfather clock made with the quality for which Howard Miller is known. Glass front and sides with beveled etching on the front. Broken-Arch-And-Finial top and bracket feet. The silver and gold toned metal face has the phases of the moon above. Westminster chime sounds on the quarter hour, half hour and at the top of the hour along with chimes for the hour. It does not have a key but was still wound and kept good time and chimed for about 2 days. Keys are not expensive or hard to get. It originally had a lighted cabinet; however, the light has been removed and there is a small burned area of wood on the inside back at the top of the pendulum that is not visible unless you look up into the case. Measures 90"H x 27.75"W x 16"D.
