The Adjustable arm lamp has a weighted base for stability. Designed like a student lamp, it has a metal reflector shade and a metal dust shade on top. Pleated fabric shade with turn knob on/off. Felt coats the moving brackets for arm. Raises to about 25"H not measuring finial and has a 13"W shade. Really Nice lamp! The other is also a nice lamp made by Stiffel. Quality is their name and this lamp shows it. About 25"H, brass base has a nice design and lamp is Heavy! 14"W printed fabric shade. Shade has adjustable arms for leveling that hook to shade with loops. One loop is loose, shade is not affected, looks very nice. Both powered on at listing. ~AZ
