We had to go down the rabbit hole on this one. This is a lot of an antique J.A. Goeway of Albany, NY cast iron tea kettle with swivel lid. This style of kettle was patented July 8, 1862. Different from other swivel lids of the time, this lid has its own hole to swivel from & not swiveling from around the base of one of the handles. It features a bird mouth spout, #7 embossed on the bottom and embossed on the lid J.A. Goewey Albany NY (hard to see) -11.25" x 8.5" x 7.75" and a vintage SAD iron with textured top & handle - 3.75" x 5.75" x 4.5". Item shows appropriate wear due to age & use, with rust. AA.
