Personal property in storage building located on premises of consignor. Items are being sold to settle an estate. This lot is for the entire contents in the garage as pictured. You MUST completely clean out the space by 3pm on Saturday, December 20th. If anything is left behind, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to your card. You need to know: there is a short but steep hill that is on an uneven dirt driveway to access the building. You will need a vehicle with adequate clearance and 4WD is highly recommended. Please call us Wednesday to make pick up arrangements. Contents include: Patio chair, chromed tube truck bars, milk can, tools, cast iron base stool, bicycles, hitch, andirons, cooler, and more.
