The Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile - famous monument in Paris, France was the inspiration for this large chalkware item. A work of art approx 25"H x 19.5"W x 12"D - Moves in 3 separate sections. It was used as a table base and has had a piece of balsam wood (or some thin material) added to the top. This would be a good, French inspired plant stand! In good condition with normal wear. ~Az
