Heavy bronze letter opener with embossed details. Antiqued finish has darkened and shows more age with typical use wear. About 7.5"L - An antique wooden divided compartment box is included. Hinged lid has been flipped around, remounted. Repair to one of the old hinge area. Antique desk box shows age darkening, use wear. The curved supports suggests a stamp box. It looks very much like a Georgian tea caddy, only with those curved supports on the front compartments. Approx 2"H x 8"W x 4.5"D. Good size box to hide treasures away. Sleek finish. Lot also includes a hefty, wide lens Magnifying Glass. Hand held with a spindled wood handle. Maple finish, brass connector. Brushed metal rim with a bubble glass viewer. Scratch on lens noted in middle of glass. Magnifier works well, good magnification. ~AZ
