Interesting find, of this vintage Citadel cadet uniform on a mannequin associated with Michael F. Mullinax, a former politician who served as a Democratic member of the South Carolina Senate from the late 1980's to 1990s. Mullinax attended Citadel in 1967. The uniform is made by Jacob Reed's & Sons, of heavy blue wool with black accents around neck & front of jacket, cadet captain chevrons on the sleeve and First Class stripes on the cuffs, also includes the matching pants. No size marked but the guess is a 36 Long. The mannequin is included. Item shows appropriate wear due to age & use, with some moth damage & slight discoloration. AA.
