Terrific lot of fourteen (14) vintage pieces of Tiffin-Franciscan King's Crown in flash ruby & flash cranberry. Introduced originally as an 1890s pattern by Adams & Co., it was reimagined by the Tiffin Glass Co. from the 1940s through the 1960s. The pattern shows an elongated thumbprint motifs, faceted stems & striking fired-on stained finishes. The lot includes: six flash ruby water goblets - 3" x 5.75", two flash cranberry water goblets, a flash ruby compote - 5" x 5.25", three flash cranberry champagne/sherbet glass - 4" x 3.125" and two flash cranberry luncheon plates - 8.25". Items shows appropriate wear due to age & use, with some scratches in the flash. AA.
