Delightful lot of thirty-five (35) pieces of Royal Albert Country Rose China dinnerware, perfect for that tea party with friends. Designed by Harold Holdcroft & introduced in 1962. The pattern features a signature motif of deep burgundy, peach & blush pink roses paired with rich green foliage & a fluted, scalloped edge finished in hand-applied 22-carat gold trim. The lot includes: twelve oversized cups - 3.5" x 2.75", fourteen saucers - 5.5", four mugs - 3" x 2.75", a lidded sugar bowl with double handles - 5.5" x 4.5" x 4.75", a creamer - 4.5" x 3.25" x 4.5", a teapot - 9.75" x 6.25" x 7.75", a rectangular covered butter dish - 7.75" x 6" x 4" and an oval handled tray - 15.25" x 9" x 1.25". The cups are in a Lenox green cloth zippered case. Items in good condition. AA.
