This tall oak chest features six drawers, each fitted with round wooden knobs and period-appropriate keyholes. The piece displays a distinctive serpentine, or curved, front profile both at the top and on the upper drawers. The grain of the oak is visible throughout, with rich coloration and finish. The chest stands on four legs fitted with small metal casters for mobility. The back of the chest shows age and original unfinished wood, aligning with early 20th-century craftsmanship. Signs of age are apparent, such as light wear on drawer edges and the finish, but overall structural integrity remains sound. This chest is well-suited for collectors of early oak furniture or those seeking a statement storage piece with history. 49½" tall x 20¼" deep x 33½" wide. jrb.
