Both are13.5x15.25" in matching frames. Single matted and framed print of the Old Sautee Store with lots of great stuff on the porch. Signed in pencil Xavier. Very tiny © symbol followed by a G and A in the lower left part of drawing. Frame has distressed finish and one small nick on bottom. Double matted image of original 1908 Rabun County Courthouse is also signed in pencil Xavier as well as hand numbered 525/1800. Has one foxing spot about the size of a pencil eraser on left mountain top plus a few small spots in that area. A couple of nice images of local landmarks!
